    As an ongoing relationship it's an opportunity to engage in leadership development on a continued basis. In reflecting on your experiences and actions you'll uncover and develop solutions to workplace issues which impact on you both as a leader and personally.

    When you challenge yourself to look more deeply at the 'who' you take into your role, it is a truly transformative process. And throughout the process I'll support you to explore the range of your human experience to create a more balanced personal culture to take into your workplace.

    Your Leadership Role

    Integral Awareness focuses on helping you achieve higher levels of conscious awareness through an East/West approach, using mindfulness and somatic practices.

    ​

    You'll achieve greater awareness of the unconscious processes that impact decisions you're making in your role, relationships within it, and old stories and behaviours which affect the every day decisions you make.

    ​

    We'll explore your human experience through the lens of neuroscience, your physiology, your psychology, mindful awareness and an East/West philosophy.
